Rachel Batykefer brings over two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in ethics, compliance, and organizational transformation. She has held senior roles at global companies including Mallinckrodt, Teva, and Tyco, where she built and led compliance operations, training programs, and strategic initiatives that strengthened corporate integrity and aligned compliance with business growth.
She advises life sciences clients on the design and execution of compliance programs, Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs), and risk mitigation strategies. Rachel has led the implementation of compliance monitoring systems, third-party due diligence programs, and healthcare professional engagement platforms. Her work includes preparing for Independent Review Organization (IRO) selection and reviews, and she has served as a key liaison to Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams.
Rachel is known for embedding compliance into company culture through innovative training, communications, and policy management. She has developed global compliance dashboards, led enterprise-wide policy rollouts, and championed the use of AI tools to enhance employee engagement and operational transparency.
