Morgan Bertsch is a Senior Marketing and Operations Analyst. She assists the Operations team with day-to-day business functions including recruitment, benefits administration, and business development. She also meets the firm’s marketing needs through website management, social media, and the creation of promotional material.
Previously, Morgan worked as a Senior Marketing Associate in the EdTech industry, where she focused on social media strategy, management, and analysis. She also has experience with campaign development and management, creative copy, and market research. Morgan attended Miami University, where she received a B.A. in Strategic Communication and Professional Writing with a focus in editing.
