Kasie Ray, CHC, PHR, SHRM-CP
Kasie Ray is an experienced compliance professional with expertise in multiple areas including Human Resources (HR) compliance, Healthcare compliance, and federal grant administration and compliance.
She recently worked as a consultant for a large consulting firm, where she served as a lead or key contributor on compliance engagements including:
Compliance program effectiveness assessments
Investigations, including HR, Compliance and fraud
HR compliance audits
Policy and procedure development including healthcare compliance and HR employee handbook development
Conflicts of interest audits and process development
Grants compliance audits and program development
Kasie has also worked in the Ethics and Compliance department at one of the nation’s leading providers of healthcare services, which included over 200 hospitals and sites of care across the United States, where she was responsible for assessing the implementation and effectiveness of the site compliance programs and investigating areas of non-compliance, as well as the development and monitoring of corrective action plans at the hospital level across the organization. Additionally, Kasie worked as a project manager in their Clinical Services Group where she led projects focused on clinical and strategic initiatives.
Prior to working in the Healthcare industry, she was responsible for developing and facilitating training programs including HR training, board trainings, strategic planning and compliance trainings related to grant administration and non-profit management. Additionally, Kasie served as a compliance specialist and program manager working in federal grant administration, primarily with statewide nonprofits focused on moving individuals out of homelessness. She was responsible for grant management and programmatic compliance for multiple federally funded grant programs.
Kasie has experience interacting with federal agencies such as the Office of Community Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She is anticipating graduating with a Juris Doctorate in spring 2026.
